    Melanie settled in Queenstown in 2000 and moved into property management in 2008. As both an investor and a manager she's bought, designed and built her own rental properties over the past decade. She brings first-hand knowledge of what it takes to earn a good return and protect a long-term asset. Alongside a commercial management portfolio, she also heads up the operations and accounting side of the business.

    Barbara brings over 15 years in property management, including nine as a Building Compliance Facilitator Inspector across Central Otago, overseeing compliance for around 650 properties from hotels and apartments to commercial buildings. Detail-driven and calm under pressure, she's known for sharp problem-solving and a good sense of humour, and outside work she's usually biking Central Otago's trails or out on the water with her family.

    Guilherme (Gui) moved from Brazil to New Zealand in 2014, and a lifelong talent for fixing anything soon led him from hospitality into property maintenance, where he specialised in managing large properties and complexes. Before joining Bayleys, he spent seven years as Maintenance Manager for a large Queenstown hotel, hands-on experience that makes him quick to spot what a building needs and how to keep it running.

    Born and raised in Southland, Annabel has called the Otago/Southland region home for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's in Business from the University of Otago. She made Queenstown her home in 2012 and has been with the team for most of that time starting in reception and now running operations, she knows the business inside and out.

    Originally from Wellington, Caity moved to Wanaka in 2014 and hasn't looked back. She now manages a diverse portfolio across the region. A natural people person with a gift for organisation, she's focused on strong results for landlords and tenants alike, and was named Bayleys Central Otago Property Manager of the Year in both 2023 and 2025. Outside work, she's out and about with her young family, making the most of everything Wanaka offers.
