What started as a favour for one investor became a specialist team looking after commercial and mixed-use buildings across the Southern Lakes. Same local roots. Serious depth. And the full backing of Bayleys and Knight Frank behind us.
It all started with residential property management in Queenstown, then expanded into the Wanaka and Cromwell markets. When one of our owners moved into commercial and needed his buildings looked after, we said yes, and with the help of our national commercial team, discovered we were good at it.
From a handful of buildings in Wanaka, we grew into facilities management for major apartment complexes, then into offices, workshops, restaurants and mixed-use developments across the region. Today we manage multi-tenanted buildings throughout the greater Central Otago area and we're still growing.
